By accessing or using Savagelyfe LLC's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Savagelyfe LLC is a licensed freight broker (MC #1789416 · USDOT #4123675) that arranges for the transportation of freight by authorized motor carriers. We act solely as a broker and do not take possession of, or assume liability as a carrier for, any freight.
Savagelyfe LLC operates under FMCSA-issued property broker authority. All freight movements are performed by independent, FMCSA-authorized motor carriers. Savagelyfe LLC is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of freight caused by the motor carrier.
Users are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, ensuring proper packaging and labeling of freight, and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Shippers are responsible for ensuring that cargo tendered is legal and properly documented.
Payment terms are as agreed upon in individual rate confirmations. Invoices are due per the terms stated. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Savagelyfe LLC reserves the right to suspend services for past-due accounts.
Savagelyfe LLC's liability, as a broker, shall not exceed the brokerage fees paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved through binding arbitration before a mutually agreed upon arbitrator.
Savagelyfe LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
